The Birth of Seder

Seder was born from a word — and a path.

Beyond the acronym of my initials — Skouri David Raphaël — SEDER embodies a fundamental philosophy: that of Order.

My journey was built on a dual requirement, at the highest level: artistic requirement and business requirement.

SEDER

ORIGINS

I am an artist, an Andalusian singer and Hazan of Moroccan origin, performing regularly at events with a spiritual and folkloric dimension. A great artist is never “simply” an artist. He lives in rigor, precision, attention to detail, mastery of emotion, and respect for execution. This discipline, patiently built, taught me what excellence is. It above all prepared me to recognize it, then to transpose it, with the same requirement, into the business world.Visit my artistic website.

Over the years, my presence at the heart of the community — and the bonds of trust it creates — naturally expanded my role. Gradually, I was no longer expected just on stage: I was asked to carry, coordinate, and secure what played out around it. Responsibilities came, discreetly at first, then with increasing obviousness: organizing weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, celebrations, in contexts where everything had to be impeccable, fluid, and deeply respectful.

I lived for several years in the United States, and this period expanded my network as much as it refined my perspective. Initially, some doors opened out of kindness: they saw the artist in me. Then the relationship deepened; trust was established. I was entrusted with missions, decisions, sometimes even the coordination of entire teams during travels. I thus learned business from successful people — observing their method, integrating their mentality, and understanding their standards.

Finally, my place within the community has confronted me, more than once, with delicate human situations. I often held the role of mediator: calming, understanding, restoring trust, and seeking a fair outcome. This experience led me to study the psychology of relationships, the mechanics of decisions, and the sometimes subtle balances of power — a pillar of what I have become, and what I build today.

« Seder: the link between creativity, structure, mediation, and execution. »

Today, in Israel, I am solicited for the same reasons: reliability, discretion, the ability to move forward, and to keep the promise of the result where so many others hit the limits of reality. Seder Group is not an idea on paper; it is the culmination of a lived, proven, and structured journey — an alliance of skills designed to serve, and to accomplish, at the highest level.

In the artistic world, many talents exhaust themselves for lack of structure.

In the business world, many entrepreneurs succeed but lose their soul and inner presence.

From this vision, Seder Group is born.
