Over the years, my presence at the heart of the community — and the bonds of trust it creates — naturally expanded my role. Responsibilities came, discreetly at first, then with increasing obviousness: organizing weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, celebrations, in contexts where everything had to be impeccable, fluid, and deeply respectful.

I lived for several years in the United States, and this period expanded my network as much as it refined my perspective. Initially, some doors opened out of kindness: they saw the artist in me. Then the relationship deepened; trust was established. I was entrusted with missions, decisions, sometimes even the coordination of entire teams during travels. I thus learned business from successful people — observing their method, integrating their mentality, and understanding their standards.

Finally, my place within the community has confronted me, more than once, with delicate human situations. I often held the role of mediator: calming, understanding, restoring trust, and seeking a fair outcome. This experience led me to study the psychology of relationships, the mechanics of decisions, and the sometimes subtle balances of power — a pillar of what I have become, and what I build today.
